Burnout

I have found that the feeling of burnout is cyclical. There are smaller feelings about on the third / fourth year and a bigger one around the seventh year. In between is usually good because we’re excited about a new year or trying something new.

It is during these times when we don’t feel like going to a conference (Pat Quinn is great!) that we should. And don’t feel bad about taking a mental health….I mean sick…day!
